In accordance with Art. 13.1 and Art. 13.2 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (O.J. L 119, p. 1) – hereinafter GDPR − we would like to inform you that:
The controller of your personal data shall be Akomex Sp. z o.o. having its registered office at Starogard Gdański, ul. Jabłowska 71. Your personal data shall be processed for the needs of establishing contact for information purposes connected with the company’s operations.

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive its copy;
  • rectify (correct) your data;
  • to erase your data, limit the processing of your data;
  • to object against data processing;
  • right to data portability;
  • right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority.

You have the right to:

  • withdraw consent to personal data processing. Consent withdrawal will not affect the legitimacy of processing performed on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal;
  • demand that the controller immediately erase your data in case of termination of a contract of employment – on the principles defined in Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  • The data retention period shall expire on the date of withdrawing consent to personal data processing.
  • Any personal data you provide is provided on a voluntary basis, however, it is necessary for contact purposes.
  • Your personal data shall be processed in order to establish or retain business relations between you and AKOMEX Sp z. o.o., and to send commercial information.
  • The legal basis for processing of your personal data shall be Art. 6.1 (a), (b), or (f) of the GDPR.
