Using the “Opera” button in the upper left corner, open the menu and select “Settings” and then “clear browsing data”. In addition to the ability to delete existing cookies, it also has the “Manage Cookies” button leading to more advanced options for individual websites.

In the “Safari” menu, select “Preferences” and then, “Privacy”. The tab includes many options in regard to cookies.
