The beginning of the new year is a big success for us. As a result of the latest assessment by the rating agency EcoVadis, the Akomex Group has received a silver medal for its actions in the following areas: environmental, social, ethical and supply chain. This represents an increase from last year, when the Akomex Group received a bronze medal. It’s a clear indication of the continuous development and commitment we put in environmental and sustainable development actions.
In the EcoVadis assessment, the Akomex company was positively evaluated in terms of actions related to environmental protection, business ethics, supply chain management, and social policy. The receipt of the EcoVadis Silver Medal confirms the effectiveness of these actions.

EcoVadis is a rating agency that assesses the actions and practices of suppliers in terms of their business social responsibility. Customers are rated from 0 to 100 points awarded within four issues: the natural environment, social actions, ethics and the supply chain. This assessment is created using a comprehensive methodology that is based on international standards such as the Global Reporting Index (GRI), ISO 26000, and the Global Compact principles. Suppliers are assessed in terms of their business social responsibility, taking into account the sector of activity, size and location.
