In accordance with Art. 13.1 and Art. 13.2 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (O.J. L 119, p. 1) – hereinafter GDPR − we would like to inform you that:

PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

The controller of your personal data shall be Akomex Sp. z o.o. having its registered office at Starogard Gdański, ul. Jabłowska 71. Your personal data shall be processed for the needs of establishing contact for information purposes connected with the company’s operations.

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive its copy;
  • rectify (correct) your data;
  • to erase your data, limit the processing of your data;
  • to object against data processing;
  • right to data portability;
  • right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority.

You have the right to:

  • withdraw consent to personal data processing. Consent withdrawal will not affect the legitimacy of processing performed on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal;
  • demand that the controller immediately erase your data in case of termination of a contract of employment - on the principles defined in Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  • The data retention period shall expire on the date of withdrawing consent to personal data processing.
  • Any personal data you provide is provided on a voluntary basis, however, it is necessary for contact purposes
  • Your personal data shall be processed in order to establish or retain business relations between you and AKOMEX Sp z. o.o., and to send commercial information
  • The legal basis for processing of your personal data shall be Art. 6.1 (a), (b), or (f) of the GDPR.

In the “Tools” menu, select “Options” and then, “Privacy”. The browser allows you to tick the option that the user does not wish to be tracked or to delete individual cookies from individual websites.

In Google Chrome

In the menu hidden under the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner of the browser, select “Tools” and then, “clear browsing data”. Apart from the possibility to clear cookies, it also has a link to “Additional Information”, which leads to a detailed description of the browser’s privacy functions.

In Opera

Using the “Opera” button in the upper left corner, open the menu and select “Settings” and then “clear browsing data”. In addition to the ability to delete existing cookies, it also has the “Manage Cookies” button leading to more advanced options for individual websites.

In Apple Safari

In the “Safari” menu, select “Preferences” and then, “Privacy”. The tab includes many options in regards to cookies.

In mobile phones, tablets, and other mobile devices

Each phone can have a different way to access this function. For this reason, you need to familiarise yourself with the privacy options in the documentation for your device on the manufacturer’s website.
